Bambuzo Advertisement Review from Gentry, Missouri

These scammers ran an online ad for a Sony DVD player, with a full color picture of it. (Only $23, wow!) So i clicked on the link and gave my card info. Then I got an email, confirming my order for a HOLDER for a Sony DVD player. The ad said nothing about a holder-it was for a DVD player. I called immediately to cancel my order. The lady on the phone told me that she canceled the order. Then they took $28.20 from my account, anyway. I called to complain and the lady told me that the order had already shipped. (Why? I cancelled it in less then 5 minutes from the order being placed.) She said I had to affix a certain label to the package and go find a UPS store to send it back. But they NEVER sent me a package. Then they blocked my phone number and all I get is a message, telling me that their mailbox is full and cannot receive messages. These people are blatant thieves and scammers and they should all be in jail!

Ordered 6-65w bulbs. Got one 6" bulb.....they charged $22.25 for one 65w bulb. I returned the bulb for a $16 credit for the bulb but they claim they didn't receive the bulb at all. Terrible customer service. Terrible advertising.

Thank you to everybody leaving honest open feedback that have highly likely saved me hundreds of £££... As a potential Customer of 'Bamboozled', I emailed them to ask about stock availability, realistic shipping fees/times. Needless to say I have not received a reply as of yet. Being from overseas I decided to investigate online whether Bambuzo have Customer reviews... And thanks to you all I stumbled upon this website! I feel totally disheartened for each and every single person on here (and potentially thousands more we don't know about!) who have been blatantly conned by these thieves. Personally I have opted to not purchase the products I was planning on from these appalling online *** artists, having read every single review on here for Bambuza. Surely there is a governing body somewhere to put and end to this blatant theft. This disgraceful company posing as genuine online retailers have taken thousands of innocent defend hard working people's money and have no guilt or remorse. I will be contacting the company (Hasbro) to inform them that thier products are being advertised as *** prices by thieves and that it is cheapening heir brand.. Maybe that's the I I way to shut this remorseless company down.. If the Brands are made aware that the international thieves are posing be to sell thier so called falsly advertised goods, the bigger Brabds have the authority to something that is innocent Consumers aren't able to. It made me so angry reading all your reviews learning they have conned so many people and I want to help but i feel helpless for you all too and the only advise I can give is to contact the manufacturers/Brabds of the products you purchased. Also why are PayPal not trotting so many complaints and refunds they are having to process from these rats.. Beyond me. From the homestead charity losing hundreds to parents buying gifts for their children with their hard earned money.. These thieves are showing no let up and you have all being leaving reviews for so long that clearly nothing us changing. Thank you kind people for saving me my hard earned money for my family. Jacket Review

I purchased a jacket for my dog in October 2015. It was too big. I returned the item to Bambuzo and requested a refund. My request was approved in November 2015. I have contacted them several times since then and as of now have not gotten a response. Very disappointed.

I strongly suspect that any positive reviews about Bambuzo are coming from shills. I should have known the deal was too good to be true. I ordered a $275 pair of binoculars and received a rifle scope that, upon looking it up on the web discovered was a discontinued model which had had an MSRP of $188 when it was on the market. Bamboo customer service is obviously well trained in giving people the run around. When I called they first disputed my claim that I had received the wrong item, then I was told that I needed to send them a photo of the item and the enclosed invoice (there wasn't one) and then they would obtain the RMA # for me and email it to me. I refused to do this and threatened legal action. After much back and forth on the phone and three or four days later I was emailed an RMA # and a "return shipping label." The return shipping label said Amazon on it. I am an Amazon Prime member and have never seen a return shipping label like it. The shipping label did not even indicate what carrier it was for, much more have a tracking number on it. The return label was for a Texas address, while Bambuzo is located in Nevada and the information on their website gives a Nevada address for processing returns. Honestly, I don't think the label was legit and I wasn't about to use it. Fortunately, I payed with PayPal and turned the mess over to them to handle. (BTW the address for Bambuzo that PayPal had and directed me to return the item to is a California address.) I wish I had spent just a minute to google them first because I would have never ordered. You might say that I was lucky in comparison to others; I lost around 5-6 hours of my life and $25 in return shipping charges. If you want to risk buying from Bambuzo pay with PayPal, and choose the payment after delivery option. If, or rather when things go south don't even contact Bambuzo, just file a PayPal claim.

I could not find a phone number for them that worked?

I think I am getting somewhere with my dispute, but it is tiring, about 7 weeks of arguments and 2 steps forward 10 steps back!

Sent wrong item and cannot contact anyone about it.

I have tried numerous times to contact this company about an item they sent me which was the incorrect color. Nobody has answered any of my phone calls or emails, and now I cannot even leave a message on their contact number. I spent well over one hundred dollars on this purse and I cannot figure out how to return it and get a refund. It arrived with what appeared to be a department store type tag with an original price of $90, which had been lined through for an apparent discount, but I paid $115 online and received the bag in the wrong color. So very frustrating! I don't know what to do now.

Scam

This place is a complete joke. I wish I had read these reviews. I ordered an item on December 10. When I emailed on January 3 to check on the status, I received an email saying "sorry for not telling you but we cancelled your order because we don't have the item." If I hadn't emailed, would they have ever even told me? Now I'm left with less than a week to find and get a replacement. Unbelievable! I will never order from this company again. Their customer service is atrocious. I just need to make sure they refunded my money.

Avoid These Scammers!

I ordered from them because they said they had the merchandise I wanted. But they really didn't and would not say so even when asked directly. No order confirmation, no shipping date, no tracking number, no response to 5 emails and 2 phone calls. Still have no merchandise a month later and they still have my $427. Now they propose to keep part of my payment. Avoid these scammers at all cost. They keep sending me stalling emails asking for me to prove I was not already refunded, did not get the info or even ordered it. All these seem to be a ploy to hang onto all the money they can for as long as they can.

With a name as close to "Bamboozled" as you can get, do not order anything you expect to get from this company. I found my daughter's Christmas present for $40 less than other competitors and ordered it. I should've read the reviews first, and so should you. After having read the reviews, I sent them a request that due to the negative feedback they had received in the past, that they please contact me immediately to let me know if they were either out of stock or had no intention of shipping the item. This was my daughter's "big present' and the only thing she asked Santa for. Good thing i checked the order status every day because they cancelled the order without telling me. Just as I suspected they would. This is not an honorable company. Stick with Amazon and their partners or risk disappointing your kids this Holiday Season.

Clearly these jerks are selling stuff they don't have. Like so many other people, I put in an order and was promised tracking information etc etc. After two weeks, I asked how long I should have to wait for tracking information... They replied "thanks for your patience etc. We have escalated this to our management for investigation." blah blah. After a month and a load more inquiries, they carried on with the same, generic replies... "Please give us time to investigate/takes time/doing our best" blah blah. After an outright demand for information and a threat to hand it to PayPal, unbelievably they sent another meaningless reply. No goods, no tracking, no answers! Obviously they think every one of us are idiots. Put in the claim with PayPal and Bambuzo were given yet another chance to respond... You guessed it, same old ***... PayPal sorted it out though and thankfully, I now have my money back... DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR, DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM! Bambuzo? NEVER AGAIN
